Hej , Jag hyr ut ett rum i min fina 2:a i Gottsunda. lägenheten ligger jätte nära Gottsunda Centrum och några minuter promenad till SLU i Ultuna. Detta tack vare den nya vägen som finns nu mellan Gottsunda Centrum och Ultuna universitet. Såklart kan man cykla ( 5 minuter) eller ta bussen dit. Något annat som är bra med Gottsunda är att det finns jätte bra Bussförbindelser till nästa hela stan och gott om mataffärer, snabbmat, kläder osv...Lägenheten ligger i ett jätte lugn familjär område. Rummet, är stor, med tillgång till en stor balkong. Rummet är utrustad med värme, el och internet via kabel eller wifi och säng och skrivbord. Jag letar efter en ordningsam och ren person. Du ska inte röka eller ha någon husdjur med dig. Du gillar att ha ordning och städat ditt rum och har koll på din egen hygien och har inte lukt/svett problem. Du ska städa efer dig när du använder köket , matbord eller badrummet.
