HIT
HIT (högintensiv träning) inleds med 5-10 minuters uppvärmning, och sedan jobbar du maximalt 20-45 sekunder per övning med aktiv vila mellan övningarna.
HIT (High Intensity Training) class begins with 5-10 minutes of warm-up, followed by a number of exercises performed for a maximum of 20-45 seconds per exercise with "active rest" in between.
